Chapter 7. First Time in Public
You've long wanted to try something outside the home.
Today, I decide for you.
Morning.
You're getting ready to meet a friend at a cafe.
The dress is light, and underneath—nothing, as I like.
My voice on the phone:
— When you go in, choose a table by the window.
Sit so no one can look under the table at you.
Place your order and wait.
I'll be in touch.
You enter, smile at your friend, sit across from her.
She talks about her own things, doesn't notice how your fingers tremble on the cup.
You can't suppress a slight smile: your friend suspects nothing.
A message arrives quietly, vibrating in your bag:
/> — Lower your hand between your legs.Slide your fingers under the dress, right to your skin.
Stroke yourself slowly until I write "stop".
You freeze, glance at your friend—she doesn't notice.
Under the table, your palm is already sliding up your thigh.
Your breathing falters, but you pretend everything is normal.
Your nails try in vain to dig into the porcelain of the cup to maintain outward calm.
Your friend asks something about a movie—you don't hear what she's saying.
Lost in sensation, heart pounding, cheeks hot.
Wet between your legs.
— Keep the rhythm, don't speed up.
Breathe evenly.
You feel a growing tremor but can't stop.
Your fingers slide higher and higher, at some point you lose the thread of the conversation.
I write:
— Now stop.
Wipe your fingers on a napkin as if nothing happened.
Smile at your friend and finish your coffee.
You do everything exactly as I said.
Inside, everything is tense, but you are calm on the outside.
You feel the taste of victory over yourself: you're no longer just a "good girl".
After the meeting, you write to me:
— I've never done anything like that before.
I'm scared, but I want more.
I reply:
— You're good.
Proud.
Next time will be a little more.
You fall asleep with a smile and a slight thrill in your body.

Comment:
What do you think: What I write—is it a fantasy, nonsense, or perhaps a way for a woman to change and become different?
Over 50 women have already undergone transformation through my methodology… They've become more open to the world and to change and are definitely happier…
